The House of Erebus was blind to have associated themselves with halfbloods like Frost, who are, as usual, up to no good. Damaskinos and the other pureblood families, now, that's a different story. You can't honestly think he's survived five millennia without the cunning and intelligence he has.

*glances at King* Are you saying you are -- no, were a halfblood?

Damaskinos is cunning. Because he has no qualms killing his own - be it purebloods or halfbloods. He will sacrifice everyone, even his own daughter, to create a stronger race. He doesn't care if every pureblod dies - as long as he creates his perfect race, with his own bloodline carried on in them. And all the while, he will hide away in his stone walls.

*sits up, staring intently at King*

*looks curiously to Nomak, as if surprised by his behaviour* I work with someone; a scientist... she cured me. She's perfected it since it was first conceived, and I'm as human as can be. Slightly enhanced strength and reflexes, but... vamprirism's gone.

*stares at King for several moments* A cure. For vampirism. That means there could be a cure for this.
